ABD Consultoría y Soluciones Informáticas ha desarrollado Dynamics Go, un aplicación multidispositivo para marcar el inicio y el fin de la jornada y hasta otros 8 registros diarios más. Permite control de jornada laboral desde el móvil. Lo único que necesita es conexión a internet. Además, es capaz de geolocalizarte, permitiendo saber cuándo y dónde estás en el momento del marcaje.
Con ello podemos saber si está en la oficina, el almacén, con un cliente o realizando un servicio técnico fuera del centro de trabajo. Hasta ahora el módulo de control de presencia de ABD solo funcionaba con lectura de huella dactilar, tarjeta o código, en un punto de marcaje. Con esta APP lo puedes hacer desde cualquier sitio, evitando no solo tener que desplazarte, sino también las posibles colas a la entrada y salida en los grandes centros de trabajo.

¿Cómo funciona?
La interfaz es amigable y muy sencilla. La pérdida de tiempo es mínima, apenas 20 segundos. Además, transmite toda la información en el momento, directamente a Dynamics NAV y Business Central, sin realizar ninguna otra acción.
Cada usuario debe loguearse con su usuario y contraseña. Puede hacerlo desde el dispositivo que quiera. Ya sea, a través de la web, la APP móvil o la aplicación de escritorio.
Una vez logueado, nos encontramos una interfaz muy intuitiva. La aplicación muestra nuestros datos, la ubicación, la fecha y hora actual y el último registro realizado. En base a ello, podremos realizar una entrada o una salida. Es decir, si el último registro fue una entrada solo podremos realizar una salida, y viceversa.
Si todo ha ido correctamente nos mostrará un mensaje satisfactorio. Volviendo atrás, desde la interfaz principal, podemos comprobar que el registro del último marcaje ha cambiado y ya no podemos realizar otra anotación igual (otra entrada u otra salida).
Para asegurarnos de que todo ha ido correctamente podemos consultar en cualquier momento nuestros diez últimos registros, y reportar si se hubiera producido cualquier incidencia.

Esto no es todo
Esta aplicación se vende bajo el módulo Dynamics Go Mobility, que se incluye en los paquetes Dynamics GoTime Lite y Dynamics GoTime Pro. ¿Y qué son estos paquetes?
Dynamics GoTime es el módulo para Dynamics NAV o Business Central de Administración de Jornada Laboral. Y existen dos versiones, la versión Lite, más pequeña y que simplemente cumple con la legislación actual en términos de control de jornada, y la versión Pro o extendida, que va mucho más allá permitiendo manejo de horarios, turnos, calendarios, control de presencia, y un mayor contraste entre el horario teórico y el horario real. La versión Pro permite además sumarle el mini – Addon de solicitud de ausencias, justificaciones, recuperaciones y aprobaciones. Completamente integrado con el resto de módulos.
En ambas versiones podremos sacar informes de marcajes, presencia y resúmenes mensuales de los registros. Pudiendo comprobar, en la versión Pro, los desfases de horario, las ausencias y las horas extra realizadas.
